LNG
LNG
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) which is liquefied for better transfer and storage by cooling method and its volume is about six hundred times less than its gaseous state. This method helps to deliver liquefied natural gas well in areas where pipelines cannot be transported.
In other words, if we want to say more precisely what is the advantage of Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) , we can say that it is a good method to be able to transport it in liquid form on long distances where there is no transportation of pipelines for natural gas.
So that in liquid form, it is transported by special tankers and distributed all over the world. At the terminals, liquefied petroleum gas is returned to its original form and the gas is delivered to consumers using distribution networks.
When liquefied natural gas is to be transported in high volumes across the oceans, ships with double-walled tanks are used to provide both good insulation and safety
But when ships arrive at Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) delivery ports, liquefied natural gas is transferred to storage tanks, which are also well insulated, and loaded. Thus, natural gas is ready to enter the distribution networks and will be transferred as gas.
On the other hand, when LNG is to be transported in smaller volumes and distances, containers are used that are placed in trucks and liquefied natural gas is transported and sent on smaller scales. This type of LNG business is growing rapidly today
These containers need to be equipped with refrigeration tanks and be able to store natural gas in liquid form to be delivered to special markets.
Potential and actual markets for Iranian gas are:
China, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Europe and the Gulf states, including Kuwait, Oman and the United Arab Emirates, will receive mainly Iranian natural gas.
Sale and export of various types of gas:
Pars Fidar Holding Foreign Trade Unit (Gas Sales Department) is ready for domestic and foreign trade cooperation for the sale, export and supply of gas
